4. Classes and workshops
Bookings for classes are only confirmed after payment. Fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event. Osona Yarns reserves the right to reschedule sessions.
5. Intellectual property
All content on our website and social platforms, including images, logos, designs and copy, belongs to Osona Yarns and may not be used without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Osona Yarns is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products, website or services.
