Delivery charges

  • Within Nairobi: KSh 350, delivered in 1 to 2 business days.
  • Outside Nairobi: KSh 700, delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
  • Free delivery on orders over KSh 10,000.

You do not choose a delivery zone. The rate is set automatically by the county you select at checkout.

Free collection at any branch

Choose Pick up in store at checkout and collect from any of our four branches:

  • Nairobi CBD, Uptown · Caxton House, Ground Floor, Kenyatta Avenue / Koinange Street (opposite Huduma Centre GPO)
  • Nairobi CBD, Downtown · Dynamic Mall, Ground Floor SL 14, Tom Mboya Street (opposite Ambassador Hotel)
  • Mombasa · Mombasa Mall (Naivas), 2nd Floor, Mwembe Tayari
  • Nakuru · Neemab Plaza, 1st Floor, next to Cleanshelf Supermarket (opposite Uchumi Business Centre)

Branches are open Monday to Saturday and public holidays, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Closed on Sundays.

Tracking your order

We confirm every order by email. Once it is on its way you can follow it from the Track order page, or reply to your confirmation email and we will check for you.
